Returns and Refunds Policy

CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT PRODUCT SELECTION
The returns process for goods due to a change of mind or incorrect product selection need to be actioned by the customer with Skin Juice no later than 14 days from the date the order was placed.
Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received the item, with all of the original packaging. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used products.
It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange the return of the item/s to Skin Juice for the refund to be processed. Products need to be sent back to Skin Juice in a post box, not a satchel, with sufficient packaging to ensure the product is not damaged during shipment. You must pay all associate postage costs for the return and assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit. We recommend that you return the product/s via registered post.
OTHER RETURNS INCLUDING FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All other returns will be actioned in line with Australian Consumer Law so long as the problem has been raised within a reasonable and fair amount of time.
You may be required to return the product, provide proof of purchase, and the business name from which you purchased the product. If asked to return a faulty or damaged product, we will provide you with a link to our Australia Post booking portal.
Products need to be sent back to Skin Juice in a post box, not a satchel, with sufficient packaging to ensure the product is not damaged during shipment. If products are returned damaged, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of Skin Juice and confirmed with the customer via their chosen email address.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.
The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any. Please note, the value of the returned item may change due to any promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts. We will do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt. Credits will be issued as voucher codes to be redeemed through our website and any refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PARCELS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of the incorrect/insufficient address provided during checkout or because of refusal to pay import taxes.
If your order is returned to us, we will process a refund for the purchase price, minus a $10 freight fee, to the original payment method. This refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned package, and you will be notified via email.
